muddy-body-elixir-farsali-dupeHold the phone…

I finally found the ultimate Farsali Elixir dupe!!!!!!!! Introducing; Muddy Body Glow Elixir!

img_3232I recently posted a dupe list for you guys, that was extremely well received. The Farsali Rose Gold Elixir is extremely sought after right now, but is often times sold out due to it’s popularity. So obviously their is a huge demand for some dupes, especially since the Farsali Elixir is rather expensive. The dupes in my previous post were the closest products I could find to Farsali, the major down fall being that they were missing the best part, the gold! The only dupe with the gold flecks I could find was the NYX Honey Dew Me Up primer. Though, this product is not an oil so it does not have the same affect as an elixir. Their was no perfect dupe… until now.

Muddy Body has recently come out with their own elixir! The Muddy Body Glow Skin Perfecting Elixir is the best dupe out their for the Farsali Rose Gold Exlixir. I originally heard about this new Muddy Body product from one of my favorite YouTuber’s, Daisy Marquez. In a recent video Daisy used the Muddy Body Elixir to moisturize her face, and commented on how much she loves the product, and that it indeed included those amazing gold flecks.

muddy-body-elixir-farsali-dupeThough the Muddy Body Glow Elixir is still pricier than the dupes from my previous post, this one is still less expensive than the Farsali Rose Gold Elixir. The original Farsali Elixir comes in two sizes, 15ml or 30ml. The smaller goes for $35, the larger for $54. The Muddy Body comes in one size which is 30ml and sells for $39.99, making it $14 less than the original. Plus with Muddy Body, you know you can always find yourself a coupon code from one of these Instagram models out here, so you will save even more, and if you’re really lucky you can score free shipping a lot of times.

The Muddy Body Glow Elixir is eerily similar to the Farsali Rose Gold Elixir. I took a look at the ingredients, and just like with a lot of the other dupes I had suggested in my previous post, the main ingredient of the Muddy Body product is rosehip oil, which is also the main ingredient in Farsali’s. Both also contain vitamin E, and of course 24K gold. Farsali’s formula contains only 3 more ingredients, which are Pumpkin Seed Oil, Lemongrass Oil, and Orange Peel Oil. Muddy Body Glow, contains a handful more including;¬†Licorice, Abyssinian Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Avocado Oil, Elderberry, Bois De Rose Oil, and Bergamot Oil.

I personally have not tried the Muddy Body Glow for myself, but facts are facts people, it’s almost the same exact product, give or take a few different essential oils, plus homegirl Daisy blessed it so you know it must be good! I highly suggest trying the Muddy Body Glow Elixir in place of Farsali’s Rose Gold Elixir, or some of the other dupe’s I suggested in my previous post. I would love to purchase from Farsali, because I do LOVE Farah Dhukai, and she and her husband own Farsali, but sometimes are girl just has to look out for herself and for her wallet you feel me? I just feel like Farsali is too over priced. Farah, if you read this… I got you someday boo! When I have to coin, I got you!

Happy shopping!

How can you claim if this is a dupe if you haven’t tried it. This is a very BAD comparison.

Well… I’d say that when you’re comparing one product with another and the ingredients list is very comparable, down to the gold flecks which are not common amongst a lot of products, and that both of their main uses are the same it’s easy to call it a dupe. Thanks for your opinion though!

Yeah I would have to agree that you shouldn’t necessarily claim something is a dupe for something unless you’ve tried both and have solid evidence for comparison.

Once again… Question: “What does dupe mean” Answer “Short for duplicate. It’s a cheaper copy of a high end item in most cases” “Just means that there’s a cheaper version of a product. For example, a MAC lipstick color may be available in a Revlon color”.

That being noted, when one product has the same ingriedents list as another, it’s a copy, and or the same thing. Making it a duplicate. Whether I, the girl next door, or someone across the country has used it. What would be unfavorable is if I claimed to you that I used both and lied. The ingredients list I touched on would be an example of the solid evidence you speak of.
